咖喱牛肉面包做法
- ½杯高筋麵粉 (½ cup bread flour)
- ½杯中筋面粉 (½ cup all purpose flour)
- ½茶匙盐 (1 teaspoon salt)
- 15-30克无盐黄油 (15-30g unsalted butter)
- ½杯牛奶 (1 cup water at room temperature)
- ½茶匙酵母 (½ teaspoon instant yeast)
- 1.5茶匙糖 (1.5 teaspoons sugar)
- ½个鸡蛋
餡料
(stuffing):
- 100g 碎牛肉 (100g ground beef)
- 20g 咖喱酱 (20g curry paste) 冠益咖喱酱
- 41g 洋葱 (41g onion)
- 玉米 自选 (Corn optional)
将烤箱预热至华氏375度烤20-23分钟
