- ½杯高筋麵粉 (½ cup bread flour)

叉烧包餡料 (stuffing):
- 100克 叉烧(100g ground beef)
- 25克 李锦记叉烧酱 (25g Lee Kum Kee Char Siu Sauce)
- 41克 洋葱 (41g onion)
Preheat oven to 375F bake for 20-23 minutes
