成分(Ingredient):
- 1杯高筋麵粉 (2 cup bread flour)
- 1杯中筋面粉 (1 cup all purpose flour)
- 1茶匙盐 (1 teaspoon salt)
- 30克无盐黄油 (30g unsalted butter)
- 1杯牛奶 (1 cup water at room temperature)
- 1茶匙酵母 (1.5 teaspoon instant yeast)
- 2茶匙糖 (2 teaspoons sugar)
- 1个鸡蛋
- 9 x 4 x 4英寸平底锅 (baking pan 9x4x4)
餡料 (stuffing): 熔化搅拌
- 40克低筋粉 (40g cake flour)
- 50克无盐黄油室溫 (30g unsalted butter)
- 20克糖 (20g sugar)
- 50克椰絲 (50g shredded coconut)
- 1 个鸡蛋白
将烤箱预热至华氏350度烤30-35分钟
