港式汤种排包
  • 1杯高筋面粉 (1 cup bread flour)
  • 1杯中筋面粉 (1 cup all purpose flour)
  • 2茶匙糖 (2 teaspoons sugar)
  • 1茶匙鹽 (1 teaspoon salt)
  • 1茶匙酵母 (1 teaspoon instant yeast)
  • 1隻蛋黃 (1 egg yolk)
  • 1隻蛋液 (1 egg)
  • 半杯牛奶 (1/2 cup milk room temperature)
  • 湯種 3汤匙高筋面粉 (bread flour mix with water)
  • 3汤匙煉奶 (3 tablespoon condensed milk)
  • 半杯忌廉(1/2 cup whipping cream)
  • 30克無鹽牛油(30g unsalted butter)
将烤箱预热至华氏375度,把面包烤箱放进去烤25-30分钟.
