- 1茶匙鹽 (1 teaspoon salt)
- 1茶匙酵母 (1 teaspoon instant yeast)
- 1隻蛋黃 (1 egg yolk)
- 1隻蛋液 (1 egg)
- 半杯牛奶 (1/2 cup milk room temperature)
- 湯種 3汤匙高筋面粉 (bread flour mix with water)
- 3汤匙煉奶 (3 tablespoon condensed milk)
- 半杯忌廉(1/2 cup whipping cream)
- 30克無鹽牛油(30g unsalted butter)
